Anne has a genuine love of dogs and immediately made both myself and Emily feel comfortable.  She gave me an honest assessment of what benefits Emily would get from obedience and agility training.  

    I found that Anne works not only with the dog, but also with the human.  She uses the “clicker” method, a positive, reward-based reinforcement training technique that relies on repetition and cooperation between human & dog to achieve positive behaviour modification.  It was exactly the technique that Emily, the abused rescue dog, needed:  gentle, non-threatening, non-aggressive obedience training.
